Prestando serviço como viveirista no Projeto VERDE VALE POR VALE VERDE, para REFLORESTAMENTO das MATAS CILIARES do RIO JEQUIRIÇAR E RIO DADONA, cujo pagamentos por prestação de serviço eu recebia por cheque nominal da AGÊNCIA BANEB Banco do Estado da Bahia já extinto, aqui para receber meus pagamentos fazia cotação de PREÇOS de prestação de Serviço para concorrer com outros que não estavam trabalhando, foi assim todas vezes para receber salario tinha que fazer cotação de prestação de serviço, com alguma pessoa, até ser contratado pela Empresa Terceirizada CONTACTO´S PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS, NO DIA 07 de Agosto de 1997, e hoje dia 25/01/2011, recebi, o devido castigo por reclamar, dos atrasos de salario, na UNEB V Universidade do Estado da Bahia recebo muito elogio que sou inteligente, mente brilhante, O Cara, Doido, Maluco, Pucha Saco, bom odeio elogio desde criança para mim não serve para nada. Algumas pessoas com quem conversei, falei a respeito do direito adquirido, na estabilidade de emprego, mas a reposta foi que eu nunca receberia um contrato, de estabilidade por tempo de serviço, será por que, bom suspeito que não tenho como me defender, não tenho parentes, na mesma instituição para me contratar por debaixo do pano alias sou contra o nepotismo, favoritismo e puxa-saquismo, detesto ficar de braços encruzados, sentado, matando o tempo, e todos ao meu redor sempre reclamaram que estava trabalhando demais e passando do meu horário sem receber horas extras. Abaixo esta a recompensa por querer trabalhar, honestamente.
