Problemas com TELEFONIA no Brasil

Estava tentando mudar meu plano telefônico mas desisti após ter ouvido um murmúrio do outro lado da LINHA DIZENDO ELE É BABACA, não o que foi, nem quem foi mas ouvi, e desisti.
A muito tempo tenho problemas com telefonia, por dois motivos necessidade e baixa renda (salário mínimo)
a poucos minutos as oito (08) horas de hoje dia 07 deste mês de junho deste ano 2010, liguei para a empresa OI Telemar para reclamar de não poder fazer ligação DDD e DDI para outras cidades e outros estados, de cara a enrolação  PROTOCOLOS da ligação que fiz 1ºP 075406091829, 2ºP 075406091936, 3ºP 75501075164, como todo demagogo que que se preza, fui informado que deveria trocar de plano, pois o que tenho só faz ligações locais, eu teria que ter um plano FALE 230 para a linha que USO ser liberada para ligações DDD e DDI,  então eu ficaria com um DÉBITO maior seria quarenta e sete reais R$47, 00 da assinatura mais ASSINATURA do velox 300K com mais as ligações DDD e DDI cobradas por minuto, eu ficaria com mais gastos a CADA LIGAÇÃO que efetuasse para qualquer lugar além da ASSINATURA BÁSICA, MAIS ACESSO A INTERNET por conseqüência eu precisaria de um salário maior que os PATRÕES não estão disposto a pagar ou GANHAR NA LOTERIA, pois a MAIS DE DOZE (12) ANOS trabalho no mesmo emprego e ganho UM SALÁRIO MÍNIMO.
Olha tenho duas alternativas, ou o Governo Federal Re-estatiza as Empresas de Telefônia, com serviço ÚNICO INTERNET DADOS, VOZ FALE SEM LIMITE, por valor único mensal ESTATAL, ou permita que as pessoas tenhão minis centrais telefônicas próprias RESIDENCIAIS, com PBX Software (programa de computador) ou Hardware (aparelho eletrônico)  e cobrar uma TAXA MENSAL, trimestral, semestral, anual, mínima fixa por cidadão ou por residência ,É FEITO PARA OPERAÇÃO DE RADIO AMADOR.
Em questôes de INTERNET TODOS PODEM ter provedor de internet e servidor de rede próprio como o APACHE WEB SERVER e outros softwares gratuitos LIVRES , ou os (caso de extrema necessidade WINDOWS WEB SERVER PIRATAS), com mais alguns DSLAMs, MUX para internet Banda Larga que pode ser intalado em  COMUNIDADES , COOPERATIVAS, VAQUINHAS, SOCIEDADES, EMPRESAS ETC.......... e acabar com o sofrimento dos usuários. Pois o que vejo é um população sem muitas alternativas massa de manobra, sobre dominio e controle desta MATRIX de política de segregração Social, e exploração PURAMENTE CAPITALISTA, com muito SOFISMOS, DEMAGOGIA, e PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA. Cujo o resultado é aumento da criminalidade, POIS OU PAGAM OU NÃO TEM, sem vamos obter de qualquer maneira, daí vem os sequestros, assaltos, tráfico de mulheres, drogas, armas, e como um mentira gera outra, um crime gera outro, para se manter sustentado.
 Por favor, tenham bom Senso eu só fazer ligaçoes DDD e DDI, ACESSAR A INTERNET e não o APOCALIPSE.

He was trying to change my phone plan but gave up after hearing a whisper from across the LINE SAYING HE IS FOOLS, not what was or who was but to hear, and gave up.
A long time have problems with telephony, for two reasons need and low income (minimum wage)

Look I have two alternatives, or the Federal Government Re-nationalizing the phone company, with service ONLY INTERNET DATA, VOICE SPEAK NO LIMIT, STATE monthly for single value, or allow people tenhão minis RESIDENTIAL own telephone switches, PBX Software ( computer program) or hardware (electronic device) and charge a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, minimum fixed by a citizen or resident, IS DONE FOR THE OPERATION OF AMATEUR RADIO.
On issues of INTERNET everyone can have Internet service provider and network server itself as the Apache Web server and other software free books, or (in case of extreme necessity WINDOWS WEB SERVER PIRATES), with a few more DSLAMs, Broadband Internet MUX for that can be mounted in COMMUNITIES, COOPERATIVES, Kitty, COMPANIES, FIRMS ETC .......... and end the suffering of the users. For what we see is a population without many alternatives to mass movement, control and dominion over this MATRIX segregração Social Policy, and purely capitalist exploitation, with much sophistry, demagoguery, and false advertising. Whose result is increased crime, FOR OR PAY OR NOT MET, without going to get anyway, there is kidnapping, assault, trafficking women, drugs, weapons, and how one lie begets another, one crime begets another, for remain sustained.
 Please have a good sense I just make DDD and IDD, Internet access and not the Apocalypse.
